Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Friendly plan is free and lets you run 2 active programs, 2 sessions with generated matchups per period, public registration, attendance invites, and substitute management. Players, sites, and courts are unlimited. Perfect for trying the platform.
What's the difference between the tiers?
League unlocks structured leagues (ladder, round robin) and raises the limits to 8 active programs and 10 sessions with generated matchups per period. Club makes sessions unlimited and adds payment collection, the enriched dashboard, and no-show management. Club Pro adds player ratings, the session timeline log, memberships, club policies to accept (waivers, code of conduct), club credit, the substitute rules engine, integrations, and dedicated support. Club tournaments are available on request, on any tier: contact us.
How do the annual and seasonal prices work?
The annual subscription equals 10 months paid: $190 for League, $890 for Club, and $1,790 for Club Pro. The League plan also offers a 4-month seasonal option at $69, ideal for leagues that run only part of the year.
Is there a PickleSync platform fee?
No, except for tournaments. No tier takes a PickleSync platform fee on program registrations or memberships: the player pays the price set by the club, taxes extra. Only a tournament registration paid by card carries a PickleSync platform fee of $3.50 per player (plus tax), included in the displayed pre-tax price — the club can choose to absorb it. Stripe's card fees apply separately.
