Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Friendly plan is free and lets you run 2 active programs, 2 sessions with generated matchups per period, public registration, attendance invites, and substitute management. Players, sites, and courts are unlimited. Perfect for trying the platform.
What's the difference between the tiers?
League unlocks structured leagues (ladder, round robin) and raises the limits to 8 active programs and 10 sessions with generated matchups per period. Club makes sessions unlimited and adds payment collection, the enriched dashboard, and no-show management. Club Pro adds player ratings, the session timeline log, memberships, club credit, the substitute rules engine, integrations, and dedicated support.
How do the annual and seasonal prices work?
The annual subscription equals 10 months paid: $190 for League, $890 for Club, and $1,790 for Club Pro. The League plan also offers a 4-month seasonal option at $69, ideal for leagues that run only part of the year.
Who pays the transaction fee?
Payment collection starts at the Club tier. PickleSync then adds a commission to the amount the player pays — 2% on Club, 1% on Club Pro — and it is never billed to the club. This commission is separate from Stripe's fees: it does not include them.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and get immediate access to the new features.
Are taxes included?
No, all amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD), taxes extra.
